Ingredients
1 6-8 bone LiberTerre Rack of Lamb, Trimmed and Frenched
3 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
½ Cup of Bread Crumbs
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
2 tsp. Rosemary, Chopped
Directions
- Mix bread crumbs, salt, pepper and rosemary
- Rub lamb rack with Dijon mustard and roll in bread crumb mixture
- Sear lamb rack in olive oil in a hot fry pan
- Move pan to oven and roast for 20 minutes until medium rare.
