Last week store owner and head butcher, Rob Brady held the first annual Butchery 101 class featuring our LiberTerre Pork at Relish Cooking Studios. Rob spent the evening performing cutting demonstrations, cooking seasonal dishes and discussing why he loves cooking with LiberTerre Pork!
